Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in sign making and installation
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and general sign assembly
- Experience with vinyl application and digital printing
- Ability to dig footers and install signs safely and accurately
- Can read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and layouts
- Knowledge of underground markings and safe digging
- Painting and finishing skills, including bonding with adhesives
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Great customer service and teamwork skills
